Data controller

TIME2PROVE SL, Barcelona (Spain). Contact details in the legal notice.

What data we process

Two categories: (a) the data you voluntarily provide when you email us — your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message — and (b) the technical browsing data recorded automatically when you visit the site, described in the “Traffic logs and analytics” section. This site has no forms and no user accounts.

Purpose and legal basis

To handle and reply to your request (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest, art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising or add it to mailing lists.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, for the legally required periods.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Our email provider, our web hosting provider — which stores the technical traffic logs — and Cloudflare, Inc. — which delivers the website — act as data processors.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the email address given in the legal notice. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies or tracking technologies for visitors. Audience metrics are compiled from the technical log described below, with no cookies or persistent identifiers on your device. The private administration area, for internal use only, uses a technical session cookie.

Traffic logs and analytics

When you visit this site we record on our hosting server technical data for each request: IP address, browser identifier (user agent), approximate country derived from the IP, preferred language, page requested, referring page, and date and time of access. We use no cookies or persistent identifiers for this purpose, we build no profiles, and we do not use this data for advertising.

Purpose: keeping the site secure (detecting abuse and automated traffic) and compiling audience statistics. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) in the security of the service and insight into its use; you may object by writing to the contact address given in the legal notice. Retention: individual records are deleted after 90 days; we keep aggregated, anonymous statistics indefinitely (for example, visits per day or per country) which cannot identify you. Processors: our web hosting provider (European Union), which stores the logs, and Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which delivers the site, certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and covered by standard contractual clauses.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
